At our gift shop we pride
ourselves on maintaining a very high quality of customer service. We invite you to
review the information below in order to familiarize yourself with our policies and with
flower deliveries. If you require further assistance you may at any time email
us.
- We recommend placing orders at least
48 hours in advance of requested delivery date.
- Our messenger will make every
reasonable effort to locate and deliver to the recipient. Please note that flower
orders cannot be returned or refunded if the recipient's address is incorrect. In
the event the recipient's address is incomplete or does not include phone numbers, we will
generally attempt to contact the recipient via telegram prior to delivery.
- Please enter all address information and
card messages using "English" characters only. Our central processing
department will arrange Russian translation of your card message if requested.
